Customize your tag by choosing:

• Shape: Oval, Scallop Oval, or Scallop
• Fabric: Stripes, Gingham, or Solid White
• Accessory: Hair Bow, Bow Tie, Hair Bows, Bandana or Sailor Bow
• Thread Color: Choose your favorite color for the bow and tag border

Please enter your pup’s name(s) and doodle color preference (or write as pictured). Be sure to double-check spelling before submitting. Shorter names work best.
Tag Size: approximately 4–5 inches, depending on the shape.
