Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since all of our accessories are handmade, please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order ships. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us for assistance!

What size bandana should I get for my dog?

Neck size is measured from snap to snap.
All bandanas are handmade and there may be slight variations in sizing.
If your dog is between sizes or very fluffy, size up.

X-Small: Fits neck up to 11 inches

Small: Fits neck up to 15 inches

Medium: Fits neck up to 19 inches

Large: Fits neck up to 22 inches

If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with your pup’s measurements, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I customize a bandana or bow with my dog’s name?

Yes! We offer personalization on select items. Just enter the details when ordering, and don’t forget to double-check spelling and capitalization!

How do I care for my Sunny & Koopy accessories?

For best results, we recommend:

Bandanas & Bows: Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle, then air dry.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

Oh no! We want you to love your purchase. Please email us at sunnyandkoopy@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Our digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and make the perfect gift for any dog lover. They are delivered via email with instructions for use.

Do gift cards expire?

Nope! Our gift cards never expire, so your recipient can shop whenever they’d like.
