At Sunny & Koopy, each piece is personalized and made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Also, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and details as proof of the damage.
