At Sunny & Koopy, we take pride in crafting each item with love and care. Please review our shipping details below:
- Processing Time: Since all our products are handmade to order, please allow 15-20 business days for your order to be created before shipment.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days within the U.S. Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the postal service. If you experience issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

📦 Lost Package Policy
At Sunny & Koopy, we want every order to arrive safely and on time. Once your package is dropped off with USPS or UPS, it is officially in the care of the shipping carrier, and we are no longer responsible for delays, scanning issues, or lost/stolen packages.
We will always do our best to support you through the process — here is how we handle lost packages:
📬 Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your order shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Wait 24–48 hours
USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered early. -
Check around your property
Porch, mailbox, side doors, back door, garage, apartment parcel room, neighbors, etc. -
Contact your local post office directly
Give them your tracking number and ask for a GPS scan lookup to see where the package was delivered. -
Email us within 24-48 hours of the delivery scan
We will assist and guide you through the USPS search process.
Once a package is marked as delivered, Sunny & Koopy is not responsible for replacement or refund.
📦 Package Missing / Not Marked as Delivered
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit:

Contact your local USPS with your tracking number

Notify us so we can help you file a Missing Mail Search

USPS investigations may take several business days to complete

We are not responsible for stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or USPS delays.

Sunny & Koopy cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

If USPS confirms permanent loss, we will work with you on next steps.

Free shipping is USPS Economy, which may take 5–8 business days.
For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping during checkout.
📮 Filing a Claim
If your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim with USPS here:
